
Ingredients:
• 6 Red Apples, peeled, cored, sliced
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
• 2 Eggs
• Powdered Sugar for dusting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a springform pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, white sugar and brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, mix well until combined.
- Add in vanilla extract, milk and melted butter, eggs, beat well until the.
- Stir in the apples until well mixed.
- Pour the batter into greased springform pan and bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar.
