
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Ground Pork Sausage
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 1 Clove Garlic, minced
• 1 tsp. Dried Sage
• 1 tsp. Dried Thyme
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
• 1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
• 1/3 cup Breadcrumbs
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 package Store Brought Puff
• 1 Egg, slightly beaten
• Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl add in sausage and onion, minced garlic, thyme and nutmeg, breadcrumbs and mustard, salt black pepper stir well until combined.
- Lay puff pastry on flourled surface and roll out and cut into rectangle in half lengthwise to cut into long strips.
- Spoon sausage mixture into each puff pastry and fold the puff pastry over the sausage and brush beaten egg on each one. Use a fork to crimp each one.
- Cut in 8 smaller rolls and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet. Brush egg on each one and sprinkle with black sesame seeds over the top of each one.
- Bake for 25 minutes until light golden brown and sausage filling is cooked.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
