
Ingredients:
• 1 Store Brought Pie Crust
• 1 Smoked Salmon, chop into thin strips
• 2 cups Broccoli Florets, chopped in bite size pieces
• 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
• 1/4 tsp. Dry Mustard
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• 2/4 cup Heavy Cream
• Goat Cheese, crumbled
• 1 tbsp. Butter
• 4 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a pie pan with cooking spray.
- Place the pie crust in the bottom of greased pie pan and use a fork to poke holes. Line the bottom of pie crust with parchment paper and add in dried beans.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown and take out of the oven and remove parchment paper and dried beans and place back in the oven and bake for 5 more minutes and let cool completely on wire rack.
- In a pot of boiling water cook broccoli until tender and drained.
- In a skillet over med high heat with melted butter place broccoli to saute until browned.
- In a bowl add in eggs, heavy cream and eggs, salt, pepper and whisk until combined and smooth.
- Add in the pie crust the salmon and broccoli, pour cream mixture over top out evenly and sprinkle the goat cheese over top.
- Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
