Ingredients:
• 1 box Key Lime Cake Mix
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1 Egg
• 1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the cake mix, oil and egg, beat well until combined. Stir in white chocolate chips, mix well.
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the dough on the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
