Banana Scones

This Banana Scones is loaded with banana flavor to make a well delicious dessert or breakfast.

Instructions:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

• 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar

• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 Banana, mashed

• 1 cup Heavy Cream

• 6 tbsp. Cold Salted Butter, diced in cubes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, cinnamon, mix well until combined.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract, butter and mashed bananas, beat well until combined.
  4. Place the dough on a floured surface and cut the dough into square
  5. .Place on baking pan and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
