
Instructions:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 Banana, mashed
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• 6 tbsp. Cold Salted Butter, diced in cubes
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, white sugar and brown sugar, cinnamon, mix well until combined.
- Add in the vanilla extract, butter and mashed bananas, beat well until combined.
- Place the dough on a floured surface and cut the dough into square
- .Place on baking pan and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
