Coconut Pancakes

These pancakes are made with shredded coconut that’s good dessert or eat for breakfast.

Ingredients:

• 1 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour

• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

• 1/3 cup Shredded Sweetened Coconut

• 1 Egg, slightly beaten

• 1/2 cup Buttermilk

• 2/4 cup Coconut Milk

• 1 tbsp. Melted Butter

Ingredients:

  1. In a bowl add in the ingredients and stir occasionally until combined.
  2. Heat a griddle or skillet over med high with butter, spoon the mixture in cook in the batches and flip until light golden brown about 2 minutes. Serve warm.
