
Ingredients:
• 1 box of Fettuccine Pasta
• 1 lb. Medium Size Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail removed
• 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 package Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• 2/4 cup Milk
• 2/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
• 1 tbsp. Butter
Instructions:
- In pot of salty boiling water over med high heat cook the pasta until tender and drained.
- In a large skillet over low heat add in the butter and let butter melt.
- Add in the garlic cloves, saute until tender about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn the heat on med high heat add in the shrimp and garlic powder, salt, cook, stir occasionally about 3 minutes. Place the shrimp into a bowl.
- In the same skillet add milk and heavy cream bring it to a simmer and in the cheese, stir until melted. Season with black Pepper, stir well.
- Add the mixture into separate bowl, set aside.
- Pour in the pasta in the same skillet and add in the shrimp and the sauce mixture. Stir until combined.
- Serve warm.
