Creamy Shrimp Pasta

This Creamy Shrimp Pasta have been cooked in garlic, parmesan cheese and shrimp over fettuccine.

Ingredients:

• 1 box of Fettuccine Pasta

• 1 lb. Medium Size Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined, tail removed

• 4 Cloves Garlic, minced

• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 1 package Shredded Parmesan Cheese

• 2/4 cup Milk

• 2/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

• 1 tbsp. Butter

Instructions:

  1. In pot of salty boiling water over med high heat cook the pasta until tender and drained.
  2. In a large skillet over low heat add in the butter and let butter melt.
  3. Add in the garlic cloves, saute until tender about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Turn the heat on med high heat add in the shrimp and garlic powder, salt, cook, stir occasionally about 3 minutes. Place the shrimp into a bowl.
  5. In the same skillet add milk and heavy cream bring it to a simmer and in the cheese, stir until melted. Season with black Pepper, stir well.
  6. Add the mixture into separate bowl, set aside.
  7. Pour in the pasta in the same skillet and add in the shrimp and the sauce mixture. Stir until combined.
  8. Serve warm.
