Lisa's Southern Kitchen

Ingredients:

• 1 pint Fresh Strawberries, stem removed and finely diced

• 1 package Mini White Chocolate Chips

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter

• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, sugar, butter, heavy cream and beat well until combined.
3. Stir in strawberries, chocolate chips until well mixed.
4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough on the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
