Deep Dish Chocolate Chip Cookie

This Deep Dish Chocolate Chips Cookie is loaded with chocolate chips for a sweet dessert.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 2/4 cup Brown Sugar

• 1 1/4 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

• 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2/4 cup Butter

• 2 Eggs

Topping:

• Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

• Drizzle of Caramel Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cast iron skillet with butter and bake for 12 minutes until bubble is melted.
  2. Add in white sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract. Stir well until combined and remove the skillet from heat. Let cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in eggs, flour and stir well until flour is dissolved and combined.
  4. Add in the chocolate chips and stir well until combined.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes until light golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes. Then garnish with scoop vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce to serve.
