
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Chicken Gizzards
• 2 cups Water
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1/2 Onion, chopped
Instructions:
- Wash the chicken gizzards with cold water thoroughly to cleaned before cooking
- Sprinkle the chicken gizzards with salt and black pepper in a bowl cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge overnight.
- Next day take chicken gizzards out of the fridge and place in pot of boiling water over med high heat and cover the pot with a lid and let cook for 30 minutes
- Add in onion, let cook for another 1 hour, uncovered, stirring occasionally while cooking. Serve.
