Teriyaki Green Beans and Mushrooms

This recipe is easy to make with green beans and mushrooms in a teriyaki sauce for side dish.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Fresh Green Beans

• 1 pint Fresh Mushrooms

• 3 Garlic Cloves, minced

• 1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce

• 1 tsp. Baking Powder

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1 tbsp. Tamari

• 1 tsp. Water

• Sesame Seeds for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over med high heat add in green beans and garlic, salt, water, cover with lid and let boil until green beans are tender.
  2. In a Dutch oven over med high heat add in mushrooms and tamari, water, and saute for 4 minutes.
  3. Push the mushroom on side of the pan and add in the teriyaki sauce and simmer about 3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  4. Add in green beans and stir and let simmer for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve in bowls garnish with sesame seeds.
