
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1 package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 package Mint Chocolate Chips
• 4 Drops Green Food Coloring
• 1 tsp. Peppermint Extract
• 1 tsp. Cream of Tartar
• 1 cup Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs plus 1 Egg Yolk
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cream of tartar, peppermint extract and food coloring, butter, eggs and egg yolk, beat well until combined and smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips and mint chocolate chips mix well until combined
- Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into the greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
