Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies

This Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies are made  with mint and chocolate chips is soft inside and crispy around the edges.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1 package Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

• 1 package Mint Chocolate Chips

• 4 Drops Green Food Coloring

• 1 tsp. Peppermint Extract

• 1 tsp. Cream of Tartar

• 1 cup Butter, softened

• 2 Eggs plus 1 Egg Yolk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cream of tartar, peppermint extract and food coloring, butter, eggs and egg yolk, beat well until combined and smooth.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips and mint chocolate chips mix well until combined
  4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough into the greased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
