
Ingredients:
• 2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
• 1 box of Fettuccine Pasta
• 1/2 cup Pasta Water
• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
• 2 Minced Garlic Cloves
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 2 tbsp. Butter
• 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil for cooking the chicken.
Instructions:
- In a pot of salty boiling water over med high heat, cook the fettuccine according to box instructions and take 1/2 pasta water out before draining.
- In a skillet over med high heat with cooking oil, cook the chicken until browned on both sides about 5 minutes. Place in paper towel lined plate and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In the same skillet add in butter, garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 2 minutes.
- Add in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, pasta water and cook for 3 minutes until thickened like sauce. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in pasta and place sliced chicken over top. Enjoy!
