
Ingredients:
• 2 lb. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into bite sized pieces
• 1 2/4 cup Orange Marmalade.
• 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
• 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
• 1 tsp. Ground Ginger
• 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
• 1 Red Bell Peppers, sliced
• 1 Red Jalapenos, sliced
• 1/3 cup Cornstarch
• 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
• 1 tsp. Sesame Seeds plus extra for garnish
• Fresh chopped Green Onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl add in the chicken bites and cornstarch, coated well on both sides of chicken. Add in a crockpot.
- In a bowl add in orange marmalade, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil and ginger, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, red bell peppers, jalapeno stir well until combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the crockpot with chicken. Stir well until combined.
- Cover the crockpot with lid and cook for 3 hours and serve in bowls , garnish with green onions, sesame seeds.
