Pulled BBQ Pork Sandwich

This Pulled BBQ Pork Sandwich is easy to recipe make with bbq pork top with coleslaw in a buns for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

Pork:

• 3 lb. Pork Roast

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 1 cup Water

Homemade BBQ Sauce:

• 1 cup Ketchup

• 1/2 tbsp. Yellow Mustard

• 1 tbsp. Woreschire Sauce

• 1 cup Brown Sugar

• 3 tbsp. White Vinegar

Coleslaw:

• 2 cups Shredded Cabbage

• 1 cup Shredded Carrots

• 1 cup Red Onions, finely chopped

• 2/4 cup Mayonnaise

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Other:

• Store Brought Hamburger Buns

Instructions:

  1. Season pork with salt on both sides and place in a crockpot and add in water and cook for 8 hours.
  2. Use a fork to shredded pork and let in the crockpot and turn on warm.
  3. Make the bbq sauce, in a saucepan over med high heat add in the ingredients and stir occasionally until thickened.
  4. Pour the bbq sauce over the pork and stir well until combined.
  5. Make the coleslaw, in a bowl add ingredients and stir well until combined.
  6. Place the bottom bun on a plate spoon bbq pork and then top with coleslaw, place the top bun.
  7. Serve warm. Enjoy!
