
Ingredients:
Pork:
• 3 lb. Pork Roast
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 cup Water
Homemade BBQ Sauce:
• 1 cup Ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
• 1 tbsp. Woreschire Sauce
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 3 tbsp. White Vinegar
Coleslaw:
• 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
• 1 cup Shredded Carrots
• 1 cup Red Onions, finely chopped
• 2/4 cup Mayonnaise
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Other:
• Store Brought Hamburger Buns
Instructions:
- Season pork with salt on both sides and place in a crockpot and add in water and cook for 8 hours.
- Use a fork to shredded pork and let in the crockpot and turn on warm.
- Make the bbq sauce, in a saucepan over med high heat add in the ingredients and stir occasionally until thickened.
- Pour the bbq sauce over the pork and stir well until combined.
- Make the coleslaw, in a bowl add ingredients and stir well until combined.
- Place the bottom bun on a plate spoon bbq pork and then top with coleslaw, place the top bun.
- Serve warm. Enjoy!
