
Instructions:
• 4 Boneless Chicken, cut into small cubes
• 1/3 cup Self Rising Flour
• 2 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
• 2 cups Plain Cornflakes, crushed
• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1 tsp. Onion Powder
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 cup Buttermilk
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- In a shallow bowl add in the flour and garlic powder, onion powder and salt, black pepper, stir well until combined.
- In another shallow bowl add in buttermilk and egg, beat well until combined.
- In third shallow bowl add in the breadcrumbs and crushed cornflakes, stir well.
- Place the chicken bites into flour mixture, buttermilk mixture and breadcrumbs mixture, coating all the chicken on both sides.
- In a skillet with oil over high heat cook the chicken in batches until golden brown. Drain off greased on paper towel lined plate.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
