
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Dried Pinto Beans, rinsed and soaked, sifted
• 6 Cups Water
• 1 tsp. Salt
Ingredients:
- In a bowl add in the pinto beans and 6 cups water, cover with plastic wrap or tin foil.
- Let soak 8 hours or overnight at room temperature.
- Drain and rinse the pinto beans.
- In a pot of boiling water over med high heat cook the pinto beans until tender.
- Serve warm.
