Pinto Beans Recipe

This Pinto Beans Recipe is so easy to make and serve for side dish.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Dried Pinto Beans, rinsed and soaked, sifted

• 6 Cups Water

• 1 tsp. Salt

Ingredients:

  1. In a bowl add in the pinto beans and 6 cups water, cover with plastic wrap or tin foil.
  2. Let soak 8 hours or overnight at room temperature.
  3. Drain and rinse the pinto beans.
  4. In a pot of boiling water over med high heat cook the pinto beans until tender.
  5. Serve warm.
