Fried Mushrooms

This Fried Mushrooms are crispy and the perfect to serve for appetizer.

Ingredients:

• 1 package Whole Fresh White Button Mushrooms, washed and dried, stem trimmed

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1 cup Milk

• Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a large pot with oil over high heat.
  2. In a bowl add in the flour and garlic powder, stir well. Pour in milk and stir well until smooth.
  3. Take the mushrooms and dredge in the flour mixture.
  4. Place mushrooms in the hot oil pot and cook in batches until golden brown and drained off greased on paper towel lined plate. Serve warm.
