
Ingredients:
• 1 package Whole Fresh White Button Mushrooms, washed and dried, stem trimmed
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1 cup Milk
• Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions:
- Preheat a large pot with oil over high heat.
- In a bowl add in the flour and garlic powder, stir well. Pour in milk and stir well until smooth.
- Take the mushrooms and dredge in the flour mixture.
- Place mushrooms in the hot oil pot and cook in batches until golden brown and drained off greased on paper towel lined plate. Serve warm.
