Chicken Buger

This Chicken Burger is easy to make with fried chicken, toppings in a hamburger buns.

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless skinless Chicken Thighs

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 tbsp. Onion Powder

• 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder

• 1 cup Buttermilk

• Vegetable Oil for frying

Other Ingredients:

• 4 Hamburger Buns

• 4 tbsp. Mayonnaise

• 1/4 head shredded Lettuce

• 1 Tomatoes, sliced

• 1 Red Onion, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Lay each chicken thigh on flat surface and pound the chicken with a rolling pin until thickenss.
  2. In a bowl add in onion powder and garlic powder, stir well. Sprinkle on the chicken to cover both sides.
  3. In a 2 shallow bowl add one the buttermilk and then second one on the flour.
  4. Dredge the chicken in the buttermilk and flour coated each side of the chicken.
  5. In a skillet with hot oil over high heat add in the chicken and cook both sides until done and golden brown. Place on a paper lined plate drained off greased.
  6. Assemble, take bottom hamburger buns spread on mayonnaise, lettuce and top with fried chicken, tomato, red onion and place the top bun. Enjoy!
