French Dip Biscuits

This French Dip Biscuits are made with roast beef, cheese in a homemade biscuits.

Instructions:

Homemade Biscuits:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

• 4 tbsp. Cold Butter

• 2/4 cup Buttermilk

Other Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Deli Sliced Roast Beef

• 4 Slices Provolone Cheese

• 1 tbsp. Horseradish for each one

• 1 packet Onion Soup Mix

• 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix

• 2 tbsp. Melted Butter

• 4 cups Water for onion soup mix

• 3 cups Water for gravy Mix

Instructions:

Homemade Biscuits:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl add in the flour, sugar, butter and buttermilk, using clean hands mix well and on a flour surface roll the dough out with rolling pin. Use a biscuit cutter to cut the dough into circles.
  3. Place on the greased baking pan and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into the center each biscuits.
  4. In a saucepan over med high heat add in onion soup mix and 4 cups water and roast beef and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the biscuits in half and on the biscuit bottom, spread the horseradish and spoon the roast beef.
  6. In a saucepan over med high heat add in gravy mix and 3 cups of water. Stir well until thickened.
  7. Spoon the gravy on the roast beef and add sliced cheese on each one.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve.
