
Instructions:
Homemade Biscuits:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 4 tbsp. Cold Butter
• 2/4 cup Buttermilk
Other Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Deli Sliced Roast Beef
• 4 Slices Provolone Cheese
• 1 tbsp. Horseradish for each one
• 1 packet Onion Soup Mix
• 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix
• 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
• 4 cups Water for onion soup mix
• 3 cups Water for gravy Mix
Instructions:
Homemade Biscuits:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl add in the flour, sugar, butter and buttermilk, using clean hands mix well and on a flour surface roll the dough out with rolling pin. Use a biscuit cutter to cut the dough into circles.
- Place on the greased baking pan and bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 10 minutes. Cut into the center each biscuits.
- In a saucepan over med high heat add in onion soup mix and 4 cups water and roast beef and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cut the biscuits in half and on the biscuit bottom, spread the horseradish and spoon the roast beef.
- In a saucepan over med high heat add in gravy mix and 3 cups of water. Stir well until thickened.
- Spoon the gravy on the roast beef and add sliced cheese on each one.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Serve.
