
• 3 cans Chickpeas
• 2 cups Chicken Broth
• 1 tbsp. Minced Garlic Cloves
• 1/3 tsp. Dried Thyme
• 1/3 tsp. Dried Oregano
• Season with Crushed Red Pepper
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a blender add in the chickpeas and blend until smooth.
- In a pot over med high heat add in minced garlic with olive oil, saute until tender.
- Add in the chickpeas, chicken broth, thyme, oregano, red pepper, salt and black pepper, stir well until combined.
- Cook over med high heat about 13 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.
