
Ingredients:
• 1 package Hawaiian Slider Buns
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1 packet Sloppy Joe Seasoning Mix
• 1 can Sloppy Joe Sauce
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese
• 1 package Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings:
• 1/3 cup Dried Parsley
• 2 tbsp. Melted Butter
• 1/3 tsp. Garlic Powder
Instructions:
- In a large skillet over med high heat cook the ground until browned and drained off the greased.
- Place the beef back in the skillet and add in the seasoning mix and Sloppy Joe sauce, salt and black pepper, mix well until combined. Let it simmer for 5 minutes over med high heat until thickened.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Place the bottom roll onto the dish and spread the beef mixture and then place slice of cheddar cheese and then top with mozzarella cheese. Place top roll on it
- In a bowl add in toppings and stir well. Then brush on top of the rolls.
- Cover the dish with tin foil and bake for 5 minutes and then uncover for 7 minutes until cheese is melted and serve warm.
