Fried Fish

This Fried Fish recipe is easy to make and serve with fries.

Ingredients:

• 4 Fish Fillets

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 1/4 cup Onion Powder

• 1 tsp. Salt

• 2 Eggs

• 2 cups Milk

• Cooking oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. In large pot over high heat with cooking oil to heat the oil before frying.
  2. In a bowl add in the flour, salt and garlic powder, onion powder, stir well.
  3. In another bowl add in the eggs and milk and slightly beaten
  4. Take each fish fillets dredge in the egg mixture and then flour mixture.
  5. Cook the fish into batches until golden brown, done and drained off greased on paper towel lined plate.
  6. Serve with fries.
