Chicken Pot Pie Pasta Casserole

This Chicken Pot Pie Pasta Casserole is easy to make with bowtie pasta, chicken, veggie for one pot meal.

Ingredients:

• 1 package Bowtie pasta

• 3 cups Rotisserie Chicken, cut into diced

• 1 package Frozen Mixed Vegetables

• 1 Celery Stick, chopped

1 Onion, chopped

• 1/3 cup Flour

• 1 tsp. Sugar

• 1/3 cup Heavy Cream

• 2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Powder

• 1 tbsp. Salt

• 1 tsp. Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a pot of boiling salty water cook the pasta until tender and drained.
  2. In a skillet over med high heat add in onion, celery , saute until tender and add in the butter until melted.
  3. Add in the flour, sugar and stir well until combined.
  4. Add in the chicken and stir occasionally until broth is thickens.
  5. Add in the heavy cream and seasonings, stir until combined.
  6. Add the chicken, pasta and mixed vegetables. Stir well combined and cook until veggies are done.
  7. Serve warm.
