
Ingredients:
• 1 package Bowtie pasta
• 3 cups Rotisserie Chicken, cut into diced
• 1 package Frozen Mixed Vegetables
• 1 Celery Stick, chopped
1 Onion, chopped
• 1/3 cup Flour
• 1 tsp. Sugar
• 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
• 2 tsp. Chicken Bouillon Powder
• 1 tbsp. Salt
• 1 tsp. Black Pepper
Instructions:
- In a pot of boiling salty water cook the pasta until tender and drained.
- In a skillet over med high heat add in onion, celery , saute until tender and add in the butter until melted.
- Add in the flour, sugar and stir well until combined.
- Add in the chicken and stir occasionally until broth is thickens.
- Add in the heavy cream and seasonings, stir until combined.
- Add the chicken, pasta and mixed vegetables. Stir well combined and cook until veggies are done.
- Serve warm.
