Lasagna

Beef Lasagna is layered in pasta in a beef cheesy mixture in tomato sauce.

Ingredients:

• 1 package Lasagna Pasta Noodles

• 1lb. Ground Beef

• 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce

• 4 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large pot of salty boiling water cook the pasta until tender and drained.
  3. In a skillet over med high heat cook the ground beef until done and drain off the greased.
  4. Place the beef back in the skillet and add in the spaghetti sauce, stir and simmer until bubbly hot.
  5. Pour 1/3 cup sauce bottom of greased baking dish and spread out evenly.
  6. Layer 4 noodles over the sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Repeat this steps and top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes until bubbly hot. Serve warm.
