
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 2 cups Granulated Sugar
• 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 Eggs
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 jar Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease three round cake pans with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and cocoa powder, mix well.
- Add in the vanilla extract, oil and milk, add in the eggs one at time, beat well until combined.
- Pour in cake batter into 3 separate round cake pans.
- Bake for 35 minutes and let cakes cool for about 10 minutes before frosting.
- Lay one cake layer on a cake plate frost it and add second cake layer on top frost it. Frost top frosting. Enjoy!
