Chocolate Cake

This Chocolate Cake is fudgy and rich in chocolate flavor.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 2 cups Granulated Sugar

• 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

• 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 Eggs

• 1 cup Milk

• 1 jar Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease three round cake pans with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar and cocoa powder, mix well.
  3. Add in the vanilla extract, oil and milk, add in the eggs one at time, beat well until combined.
  4. Pour in cake batter into 3 separate round cake pans.
  5. Bake for 35 minutes and let cakes cool for about 10 minutes before frosting.
  6. Lay one cake layer on a cake plate frost it and add second cake layer on top frost it. Frost top frosting. Enjoy!
