Lisa's Southern Kitchen

Ingredients:

• 1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 2 Eggs

• 1 cup Chocolate Chips

• 1/2 cup Coconut

• 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in cake mix, oil, eggs, beat well until combined.
3. Stir in chocolate chips, coconut and chopped pecans, beat well until combined.
4. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the cookie dough on the greased cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
