Ingredients:

• 4 tbsp. Self Rising Flour

• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

• 2/4 tsp. Fresh Lemon Zest from Lemon

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from Lemon

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tbsp. Milk

• 1 tbsp. Fresh Lemon Juice from Lemon

Topping:

• Whipped Cream

• Fresh Berries

Instructions:

1. In a microwave safe mug add in oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and sugar, vanilla extract, stir well until combined.
2. Add in milk, flour, mix well until combined.
3. Place in the microwave at 60 seconds until cake is moist.
4. Serve on top of mug cake is whip cream and fresh berries
