Chocolate Jam Crumble Bars

This Chocolate Jam Crumble Bars are chewy and filled with chocolate and raspberry jam for a delicious dessert.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

• 1 cup Dark Bittersweet Chocolate Chips

• 1/4 cup Seedless Raspberry Jam

• 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped

• 2 cups Self Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar

• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

• 1 cup Butter, softened

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in butter and beat well until creamy and add in flour, brown sugar until combined.
  3. Press and spread 1 2/4 crumble mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan over med high heat add in 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, milk and cook until melted, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and spread out evenly on the crust in the baking dish.
  5. Add in walnuts in remaining crumble in a bowl and spread out evenly over chocolate filling and spoon the raspberry jam over top out evenly. Add remaining semisweet chocolate chips and remaining bittersweet chocolate chips.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and let cool completely on wire rack before serving.
