
Ingredients:
• 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 cup Dark Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
• 1/4 cup Seedless Raspberry Jam
• 1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
• 1 cup Butter, softened
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in butter and beat well until creamy and add in flour, brown sugar until combined.
- Press and spread 1 2/4 crumble mixture into the greased baking dish and bake for 12 minutes until golden brown and let cool for 10 minutes and set aside.
- In a saucepan over med high heat add in 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup bittersweet chocolate chips, milk and cook until melted, stirring occasionally until smooth. Remove from heat and spread out evenly on the crust in the baking dish.
- Add in walnuts in remaining crumble in a bowl and spread out evenly over chocolate filling and spoon the raspberry jam over top out evenly. Add remaining semisweet chocolate chips and remaining bittersweet chocolate chips.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes and let cool completely on wire rack before serving.
