
Ingredients:
• 4 Boneless Pork Chops
• 1 pint Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
• 2/4 cup Flour
• 1/2 cup Flour
• 1 tsp. Onion Powder
• 1 tsp. Paprika
• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• 1 1/4 cup Beef Broth
• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions;
- In a skillet over med high heat add in oil and let oil get hot while assembly the pork chops.
- In a shallow bowl add in 2/4 cup flour, onion powder, paprika and garlic powder, salt and black pepper, stir well until combined.
- Dredge each pork chops in flour mixture coating both sides.
- Cook the pork chops in batches until browned on both sides about 4 minutes for each side.
- Place the cooked pork chops on a paper towel lined plate to drained off greased. Set aside.
- In the skillet over med high heat add mushrooms, onions and cook until tender about 7 minutes. Add in garlic, cook for 25 seconds and then season with salt, black pepper.
- Add 1/2 cup flour, stir well and add in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring occasionally until thickened like gravy sauce.
- Add cooked pork chops in the creamy mushroom gravy and let simmer for 3 minutes and serve warm.
