Braised Pork Chops in Mushroom Gravy

This Braised Pork Chops in a mushroom gravy is a delicious to serve for weeknight meal.

Ingredients:

• 4 Boneless Pork Chops

• 1 pint Fresh Mushrooms, sliced

• 2/4 cup Flour

• 1/2 cup Flour

• 1 tsp. Onion Powder

• 1 tsp. Paprika

• 1 tsp. Garlic Powder

• 3 Cloves Garlic, minced

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

• 1 1/4 cup Beef Broth

• 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

• 1/4 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions;

  1. In a skillet over med high heat add in oil and let oil get hot while assembly the pork chops.
  2. In a shallow bowl add in 2/4 cup flour, onion powder, paprika and garlic powder, salt and black pepper, stir well until combined.
  3. Dredge each pork chops in flour mixture coating both sides.
  4. Cook the pork chops in batches until browned on both sides about 4 minutes for each side.
  5. Place the cooked pork chops on a paper towel lined plate to drained off greased. Set aside.
  6. In the skillet over med high heat add mushrooms, onions and cook until tender about 7 minutes. Add in garlic, cook for 25 seconds and then season with salt, black pepper.
  7. Add 1/2 cup flour, stir well and add in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring occasionally until thickened like gravy sauce.
  8. Add cooked pork chops in the creamy mushroom gravy and let simmer for 3 minutes and serve warm.
