
Ingredients:
• Store Brought Brioche
• 2/4 cup Fresh Strawberries, chopped bite sized pieces
• 1 package Cream Cheese
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar
• 3 tbsp. Butter for frying
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 Eggs
• Toppings, Powdered Sugar for dusting
Instructions:
- In a saucepan over med high heat add in strawberries and sugar, stirring occasionally until thickened like syrup. Take off the heat and pour in the bowl, Set aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl add in the cream cheese, strawberries, mash together until smooth.
- In another bowl add in the vanilla extract, milk and eggs, cinnamon, stir well and set aside.
- Take the brioche loaf and slit in the center to opening and spread strawberries cream cheese mixture in the center.
- In a skillet over med high heat add in the butter cook until melted.
- Soak the bread in the milk mixture about 10 minutes until soaked.
- Place in skillet fry on each side until golden brown.
- Place on plate and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
