Cream Cheese Strawberry Stuffed French Toast

This Cream Cheese Strawberry Stuffed French Toast is a delicious breakfast recipe.

Ingredients:

• Store Brought Brioche

• 2/4 cup Fresh Strawberries, chopped bite sized pieces

• 1 package Cream Cheese

• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 2 tbsp. Granulated Sugar

• 3 tbsp. Butter for frying

• 1 cup Milk

• 2 Eggs

• Toppings, Powdered Sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan over med high heat add in strawberries and sugar, stirring occasionally until thickened like syrup. Take off the heat and pour in the bowl, Set aside to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl add in the cream cheese, strawberries, mash together until smooth.
  3. In another bowl add in the vanilla extract, milk and eggs, cinnamon, stir well and set aside.
  4. Take the brioche loaf and slit in the center to opening and spread strawberries cream cheese mixture in the center.
  5. In a skillet over med high heat add in the butter cook until melted.
  6. Soak the bread in the milk mixture about 10 minutes until soaked.
  7. Place in skillet fry on each side until golden brown.
  8. Place on plate and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
