
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Fresh Blueberries
• 3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
• 1 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Plain Yogurt
• 1/2 cup Melted Butter
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl add in the oats and blueberries, baking powder cinnamon, salt vanilla extract, yogurt, butter, milk and egg, mix well.
- Pour in the greased baking dish and cover with tin foil bake for 25 minutes and take the tin foil off and bake for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
