Oats Pear Walnuts Breakfast Bites

This breakfast bites are filled with oats, pears and walnuts is delicious for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients:

• 1 2/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats

• 1 Pear, peeled, cored and finely chopped

• 1 2/4 cup Walnuts, finely chopped

• 2 tbsp. Honey

• 1 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Yogurt

• 1 Egg

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan tins with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, cinnamon, vanilla extract, yogurt, honey and egg, beat well until combined.
  3. Add in the oats, pears and walnuts, stir well until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into greased muffin pan tins and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
