
Ingredients:
• 1 2/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
• 1 Pear, peeled, cored and finely chopped
• 1 2/4 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
• 2 tbsp. Honey
• 1 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 cup Yogurt
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin pan tins with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, cinnamon, vanilla extract, yogurt, honey and egg, beat well until combined.
- Add in the oats, pears and walnuts, stir well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased muffin pan tins and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
