
Instructions:
• 1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
• 1/4 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
• 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, peanut butter, oil and vanilla extract, syrup , beat well until combined.
- In a food processor add in the chickpeas and walnuts pulse until smooth.
- Add in the mixture and beat well until combined.
- Pour in the greased baking dish and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes and cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
