Chickpea Walnuts Blondies

This bllondies is chewy are filled with chickpea and walnuts for a delicious snack.

Instructions:

• 1 can Chickpeas, drained and rinsed

• 1/4 cup Walnuts, finely chopped

• 1/4 cup Self Rising Flour

• 1/2 cup Peanut Butter

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Maple Syrup

• 1 tbsp. Cooking Oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, peanut butter, oil and vanilla extract, syrup , beat well until combined.
  3. In a food processor add in the chickpeas and walnuts pulse until smooth.
  4. Add in the mixture and beat well until combined.
  5. Pour in the greased baking dish and spread out evenly.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes and cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
