
Ingredients:
• 4 lb. Chicken Wings
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• 1/2 tsp. Smoked Paprika
BBQ Sauce:
• 1 bottle of Ketchup
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 2 tbsp. Yellow Mustard
• 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
• 3 tbsp. Water
• 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
• 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees and grease a baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a shallow bowl add in the salt, black pepper, smoked paprika and add in the chicken wings coat and rub seasoning in the chicken wings. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the fridge while making bbq sauce.
- In a saucepan over med high heat add ketchup, mustard and vinegar, water, brown sugar and onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper, stir occasionally until thickened like sauce.
- Take the chicken wings out of the fridge and pour the bbq sauce over the chicken wings coated on each side of chicken wings.
- Bake for 35 minutes until chicken is done and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
