Walnut Crinkle Cookies

Walnut Crinkle Cookies are chewy and filled with crushed walnuts for a sweet snack.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising

• 1 cup Brown Sugar

• 1 cup Walnuts, finely chopped

• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/2 cup Butter, softened

• 2 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Place the walnuts on a baking sheet and roasted walnuts in the oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Add the walnuts in a food processor to grind walnuts until powder.
  3. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, brown sugar and grind walnuts, mix well.
  4. Add in the vanilla extract, eggs, beat well until combined.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  7. Use a cookie scoop to dough into the greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes and let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
