
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising
• 1 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Instructions:
- Place the walnuts on a baking sheet and roasted walnuts in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Add the walnuts in a food processor to grind walnuts until powder.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, brown sugar and grind walnuts, mix well.
- Add in the vanilla extract, eggs, beat well until combined.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 2 hours to chill.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- Use a cookie scoop to dough into the greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 12 minutes and let cookies cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
