Chocolate Caramel Brownies

This Chocolate Caramel Brownies is fudgy with caramel, pecans and chocolate chips for sweet chocolate treats.

Ingredients:

• 2 cups Self Rising

• 2 cups Granulated Sugar

• 1 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

• 1 cup Chopped Pecans

• 1 package Caramel Candies

• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1/3 cup Evaporated Milk

• 1 cup Butter, softened

• 4 Eggs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl add in caramel candies and microwave for 1 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, milk and egg, beat well until combined. Stir in pecans to combined.
  4. Pour the 1/2 batter into greased baking dish, spread out evenly and then top with melted caramel candies spreading out evenly.
  5. Then spread the remaining batter over top of caramel.
  6. Bake in the oven for 35 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
