
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Self Rising
• 2 cups Granulated Sugar
• 1 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
• 1 cup Chopped Pecans
• 1 package Caramel Candies
• 1 tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/3 cup Evaporated Milk
• 1 cup Butter, softened
• 4 Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave safe bowl add in caramel candies and microwave for 1 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract, milk and egg, beat well until combined. Stir in pecans to combined.
- Pour the 1/2 batter into greased baking dish, spread out evenly and then top with melted caramel candies spreading out evenly.
- Then spread the remaining batter over top of caramel.
- Bake in the oven for 35 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
