
Instructions
• 1/3 cup Raisins
• 1/3 cup Old Fashioned Oats
• 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 2/4 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 1 Egg
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a muffin pan tins with muffin liners.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in the flour, brown sugar and cinnamon, mix well.
- Add in the butter, milk, and egg, beat well.
- Add in the oats and raisins, mix well until combined.
- Pour the batter into each muffin liners.
- Bake for 25 minutes and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
