
Instructions:
Crust:
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• Pinch of Salt
• 4 tbsp. Melted Butter
Filling:
• 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1 tsp. Heavy Cream
• 3 tbsp. Powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup Seedless Raspberry Jam
Toppings:
• 4 Fresh Raspberries
• Grated Chocolate
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line tart pans with parchment paper in each one.
- Make the crust, In a food processor add in the flour and sugar until finely ground. Add in the butter pulse until moist sand.
- Press the dough into each tart pans and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes until light golden brown. Let cool for 15 minutes. Remove parchment paper.
- Make the filling, In a bowl add mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract and sugar stir well until combined and smooth.
- Place the raspberry jam in microwave safe bowl and microwave until melted. Let cool for 10 minutes and stir in the filling until combined.
- Pour the filling in each tart crust and then garnish with raspberries and grated chocolate.
