
Ingredients:
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 4 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
• 1 Diced Onion
• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• 1 can Cream Mushroom Soup
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 cup Beef Broth
• 1 cup Milk
• 1 cup Sour Cream
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking.
- In a skillet over med high heat add in the beef and cook until browned. Add in the onion and mushrooms, cook until tender.
- Add in the sliced potatoes and Worcestershire sauce, stir well until combined.
- In another skillet over med high add in the butter and flour, cook, stir few minutes until a thick paste is formed.
- Add in the milk and beef broth, Cook for few minutes until it thickens.
- Add in the sour cream and stir well until combined.
- Pour the meat mixture into greased baking dish and top with beef sauce. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour until light golden brown and bubbly hot. Serve warm.
