Hamburger Potato Casserole

This casserole is make with ground beef and mushrooms, potatoes, cheese for easy recipe to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Ground Beef

• 4 Potatoes, peeled and sliced

• 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms

• 1 Diced Onion

• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

• 1 can Cream Mushroom Soup

• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• 1 cup Beef Broth

• 1 cup Milk

• 1 cup Sour Cream

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking.
  2. In a skillet over med high heat add in the beef and cook until browned. Add in the onion and mushrooms, cook until tender.
  3. Add in the sliced potatoes and Worcestershire sauce, stir well until combined.
  4. In another skillet over med high add in the butter and flour, cook, stir few minutes until a thick paste is formed.
  5. Add in the milk and beef broth, Cook for few minutes until it thickens.
  6. Add in the sour cream and stir well until combined.
  7. Pour the meat mixture into greased baking dish and top with beef sauce. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour until light golden brown and bubbly hot. Serve warm.
