
Ingredients:
Meatballs:
• 1 lb. Ground Beef
• 1/3 cup Flour
• 1/2 cup Italian Breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Egg
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Other Ingredients:
• 4 cups Diced Potatoes
• 1 Diced Onion
• 1 Red Bell Peppers, sliced
• 1 can Mushroom Soup
• 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Make the meatballs, in a bowl add in the beef, onion, breadcrumbs and egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper, using clean hands and mix well, form into balls.
- In another bowl add in the potatoes, red bell peppers and salt and black pepper, stir well.
- Add in the mushroom soup, stir well coated.
- Place the meatballs into the greased baking dish and add in the veggies and top with cheese.
- Cover with tin foil and bake for 1 hour until potato are tender and cheese is melted and bubbly hot.
