Spanish Potato Omelette

Spanish Potato Omelette is a Spain food that’s so easy to make potatoes and onion.

Ingredients;

• 4 Potatoes, peeled and sliced into rounds

• 1 Onion, sliced

• 10 Eggs

• 2/4 Extra Virgin Olive Oil

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a skillet over med high heat add in olive oil and add in the potatoes, cook until brown about 10 minutes.
  2. Add in the onions and season with salt, black pepper, cook until potato is tender.
  3. In a bowl add in the eggs, whisk eggs until combined.
  4. Turn your oven to broiler.
  5. Add in the bowl of the eggs, the potatoes, onions.
  6. Clean the same skillet and add in olive oil and add in mixture into the skillet.
  7. Cook until eggs are done.
  8. Put the skillet in the oven until eggs have set and light golden brown on top. Serve warm.
