
Ingredients:
• 8 cups Blackberries
• 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 1 cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 cups Heavy Cream
• 1 cup Half and Half
Instructions:
- In a saucepan over low heat add blackberries, sugar and lemon juice, cook until sugar is dissolvex and mash blackberries while cooking.
- Pour in fine mesh strainer and press on the berries to release the juices. Place the juice in a container with lid and place in the fridge to chill.
- Then take it out of the fridge and add in the cream, half & half.
- Pour the mixture into ice cream maker and let it churn according to make instructions.
- Place ice cream in airtight container with lid and left freeze for 6 hours and Enjoy!
