
Ingredients:
• 2 store brought Pillsbury Pie Crust
• 1/2 cup Melted Butter
Pear Filling:
• 3 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
• 1/2 Salt
• 1 tsp. Cinnamon
• 1/3 cup Sugar
• 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
• 1 tsp. Lemon Zest
• 1 tbsp. Butter, diced
• 5 cups Fresh Pears, peeled and sliced
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees and greased a pie pan.
In a mixing bowl , add in the flour and salt, cinnamon, sugar, lemon zest, mix well.
Add in the butter, lemon juice, mix well. Pour in the fresh pears, mix until combined.
Place the pie crust in the bottom of a pie pan and pour in the pear filling.
Take another pie crust lay on cutting board and cut in it strips. Lay the dough strips on top of the pear filling, brush it with melted butter.
Bake for 45 minutes until light golden brown and bubbly. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
