Rotisserie chicken is tender and juicy with a dry rub and is bake in the oven.

What comes dry rub?

The dry rub is paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme and salt, black pepper, mix well combined in a bowl.

How to keep the skin crispy?

The skin can come dry but you need make sure to pat dry the chicken from any water on it. It will create a stream for the chicken to cook.

How long to bake the chicken?

The baking time to bake the chicken is 80 minutes at 425 degrees.


How To Make Rotisserie Chicken:

Ingredients:

• 5lb. Whole Chicken

Dry Rub

• 1 tbsp. Paprika

• 1 tbsp. Garlic Powder

• 1 tbsp. Onion Powder

• 1 tsp. Dried Thyme

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees and greased a baking pan with cooking spray.

Pat dry the chicken with towel and place on plate, seasoning with dry rub.

Bake for 80 minutes until light golden brown and crispy, chicken is done. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
