In a skillet, slice meatloaf and place in the skillet over med high heat and heat on both sides for 4 minutes.

What kind type of bread to use?

The best bread to use is a Ciabatta sourdough bread that help hold the sandwich together while eating.


How To Make Meatloaf Sandwich:

Ingredients:

Meatloaf:

• 1lb. Ground Beef

• 1/2 Onion, finely diced

• 1 Green Bell Peppers, finely diced

• 1 cup Breadcrumbs

• 1 Egg

• 1 tbsp. Ketchup

• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

• Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Assemble:

• Condiments: Mayonnaise, Ketchup

• Toppings: Lettuce, Tomato

• Ciabatta Sourdough Bread, slice in half

Instructions:

Meatloaf:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and greased a loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, add in the ground beef and the rest of meatloaf ingredients, mix well with clean hands and shape in a loaf pan.

Bake for 55 minutes and let it cool for 10 minutes before making a sandwich.

Assemble The Sandwich:

Cut the bread in half and spread condiments on bottom bun and add lettuce, tomato, place top bun. Serve.
