
Ingredients:
• 2 cups Dried Chickpeas
• 1 Onion, finely chopped
• 6 Cloves Garlic, peeled
• 1 cup Fresh Parsley, stem removed
• 2/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, stem removed
• 1/2 cup Fresh Dill, stem removed
• 2 tbsp. Toasted Seasme Seeds
• 1/2 cup Baking Soda
• 1 tsp. Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
• 1 tbsp. Ground Cumin
• 1 tbsp. Ground Coriander
• Salt and Black Pepper to taste
• Vegetable Oil for frying
Instructions:
- In a bowl add in chickpeas and baking soda and filled with water to cover the chickpeas and let soak overnight and drained and pat dry.
- In a food processor add in chickpeas, onions, garlic, herbs and spices and process for 35 seconds until combined.
- Add in mixture to airtight container and place in fridge for 1 minute.
- Take out of fridge and add in baking powder, sesame seeds and mix well until combined.
- In hot oil large pot over med high heat cook in batches until golden brown and drained off greased on paper towel lined plate.
