Biscoff Ice Cream

This Biscoff Ice Cream is creamy and sweet with Biscoff cookies for a sweet treat.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Biscoff Cookies, chopped

• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar

• 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract

• 1 cup Milk

• 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

• 1/2 cup Cookie Butter

Instructions:

  1. Place bowl of ice maker in the freezer to freeze overnight.
  2. In a bowl of stand up mixer add in milk, heavy cream, sugar and vanilla extract and beat well until smooth.
  3. Take the ice cream maker bowl out of the freezer and place in the ice cream maker.
  4. Pour the mixture into the bowl and churn for 25 minutes and add in chopped cookies and let churn for 3 minutes until mixed.
  5. In a saucepan over med high heat add cookie butter and cook until melted.
  6. Use a ice maker scoop to scoop the ice cream in a freezer safe bowl add 1/2 of melted cookie batter and add remaining ice cream and then add remaining melted cookie butter, mix well until combined.
  7. Place in the freezer to freeze for 8 hours until frozen and serve.
