
Ingredients:
• 4 cups Corn Flakes
• 1/2 cup Salted Butter
• 2 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
Toppings, Chocolate Sauce, Cherries and Whipping Cream
Ingredients:
- Pour cornflakes in ziplock plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to crush cornflakes into small pieces.
- In a skillet over med high heat add butter until melted and add in cornflakes, cinnamon, stirring occasionally until until golden brown about 2 minutes.
- Pour mixture into plate and cool completely.
- Use a ice cream scoop to scoop the vanilla ice cream and roll in size ball you want it to be.
- Roll the ice cream ball into cornflakes mixture coating on both sides and around the edges.
- Place ice cream ball in the freezer for 15 minutes until frozen.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over top and spoon whipping cream on top and add cherry. Enjoy!
