Fried Ice Cream

The Fried Ice Cream is so sweet to make without deep frying it.

Ingredients:

• 4 cups Corn Flakes

• 1/2 cup Salted Butter

• 2 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon

• 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream

Toppings, Chocolate Sauce, Cherries and Whipping Cream

Ingredients:

  1. Pour cornflakes in ziplock plastic wrap and use a rolling pin to crush cornflakes into small pieces.
  2. In a skillet over med high heat add butter until melted and add in cornflakes, cinnamon, stirring occasionally until until golden brown about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture into plate and cool completely.
  4. Use a ice cream scoop to scoop the vanilla ice cream and roll in size ball you want it to be.
  5. Roll the ice cream ball into cornflakes mixture coating on both sides and around the edges.
  6. Place ice cream ball in the freezer for 15 minutes until frozen.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup over top and spoon whipping cream on top and add cherry. Enjoy!
