
Ingredients:
Cake:
• 2 cups Diced Fresh Plums
• 2 cups Self Rising Flour
• 2/4 cup Granulated Sugar
• 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Cardamom
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
• 1/2 cup Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup Milk
• 6 tbsp. Unsalted Butter, softened
• 2 Eggs
Streusel Topping;
• 1 1/2 cup Self Rising Flour
• 1 2/4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
• 1/2 cup Ground Cardamom
Plum Glaze:
• 1/4 cup Chopped Plums
• 2 cups Powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup Ground Cardamom
• 1/4 cup Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Make the cake, preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease springform pan with parchment paper lined and spray sides of the pan with cooking spray.
- In a bowl of stand up mixer add in flour, white sugar and brown sugar, cinnamon, cardamom, mix well until combined.
- Add in butter, sour cream, milk and eggs, beat well until combined. Stir in the plums mix well until combined.
- Pour the batter into greased springform pan.
- Make the strudels, in a bowl add ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Spread over top of the cake spreading out evenly.
- Make plum glaze, in a bowl of stand up mixer add ingredients and stir well until combined.
- Pour over the cake out evenly and bake for 35 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
